Hand Disease Treatment Program

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

  • Trigger resin

  • Tennis elbow

  • Ulnar impingement syndrome

  • C-arm Nerve block injection

Separates mesenchymal stem cells extracted from umbilical cord blood and photographs and diagnoses pain areas in real time using an image diagnosis medical device C-arm. It is a non-surgical treatment that relieves inflammation and pain by injecting drugs around the corresponding nerves.

  • Proloh Pain Relief Injection

It is a non-surgical treatment that induces the regeneration of ligaments and tendons by injecting drugs that induce cell proliferation into the damaged joint membrane and strengthen weakened tissues to improve the cause of pain as soon as possible.

  • PDRN Regenerative injection

It is a proliferation treatment that promotes cell regeneration and strengthens weakened muscles and ligaments by irradiating tissue regeneration active substances extracted from salmon's DNA to the pain-inducing site.

  • Extracorporeal shock waves

It is a treatment that separates mesenchymal stem cells extracted from umbilical cord blood and delivers strong wave energy to the lesion area to remove limestone around the joint and facilitate blood circulation to induce and restore damaged tissue regeneration of joints, tendons, and ligaments.

  • Manual therapy

It is a one-on-one manual treatment without drugs, surgery, or machines. It relieves the lumped muscles in the area where the pain is, adjusts the twisted skeleton to relieve pain, and improves joint problems.

  • Orthodontic treatment / Rehabilitative Exercises

Orthodontic treatment is a treatment that corrects posture and habits that can cause various diseases and pain through detailed analysis and diagnosis through various types of tests. Rehabilitation exercise therapy is a treatment that moves the patient's own muscles to strengthen the area causing pain and checks the overall alignment of the body.

Foot Disease Treatment Program

Conservative treatment

You should improve your joint health by implementing non-surgical treatments such as lifestyle habits, medications, and physical therapy, and continue to manage your joints for healthy joints in the future.

Surgical treatment

If symptoms do not improve despite non-surgical treatment and are severely interfering with daily life, surgical treatments such as stem cell cartilage regeneration, microperforation, and artificial joint replacement are performed.

Non-surgical treatment

First, conservative treatment is performed with cold packs, compression, leg elevation, plaster immobilization, and use of crutches. These attempts are effective in reducing pain immediately after ankle ligament rupture. Once the swelling subsides, extracorporeal shock wave injection therapy is performed.

Surgical treatment

If pain or swelling persists after a certain period of time, surgery may be performed. Ankle arthroscopy should be used to check and treat cartilage damage, inflammation, and ligament damage within the joint.

Non-surgical treatment

Fix the ankle with a plaster splint or brace and apply cold packs or compression to remove swelling. Once the pain and swelling disappear, only rehabilitation training such as balance recovery exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, and stretching to lengthen the Achilles tendon is performed to improve walking and prevent recurrence. Depending on the symptoms, injection treatment, cast, or splint treatment may be performed.

Surgical treatment

If there is no improvement in non-surgical treatment or the degree of rupture is severe, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair is performed. Through arthroscopy, the site, extent, and pattern of the rupture are identified and suturing is performed accordingly. If suturing is not possible because the area is too wide or fatty degeneration is severe, partial reconstruction or reinforcement using other tissue can be performed.

Conservative treatment

Conservative treatment You should avoid narrow-toed shoes such as high heels. In some cases, symptoms may be alleviated with braces or silicone pads. (However, correction is not performed.)

Corrective osteotomy

Corrective osteotomy is performed to treat foot deformities by restoring bone alignment and balancing soft tissues. There are several osteotomy methods, and the most appropriate method is selected depending on the patient's condition.
