When there is floating tissue in the armpit, an incision is made in the armpit fold and the floating tissue is removed. It is the same as the incision method used during breast augmentation surgery, and is performed when liposuction is difficult because there is a lot of mammary gland tissue.
Liposuction
When the floating breast is made up of fat with little glandular tissue, liposuction can be used to treat it with little pain and almost no scars.
Minor papilla removal surgery
If a minor papilla is present, it can be removed through a small incision (fusiform incision).
