Stomach/Colon Cancer
Treatment Program

Targets for surgery are patients diagnosed with gastric cancer through endoscopic biopsy, early gastric cancer that cannot be treated with endoscopic resection in highly suspicious cases, and advanced gastric cancer in which cancer cells have not spread elsewhere as determined by computed tomography or other tests, and the entire body is under anesthesia. It is performed when surgery is possible.

This is a surgical method that involves making a small hole in the abdomen without making an incision, and then using a special instrument with a special camera attached. Compared to traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery has smaller incisions, so the surgical wound is more aesthetically pleasing and causes less pain due to the wound.
